Parent Information Night:

SGE School Counselors, Ms. Hart and Ms. Kachel, along with Trent Morrow of L&B Counseling, are hosting this parent information night: Understanding Childhood Anxiety: The Haunted House They Live In.

Anxiety can be confusing -- for both children and the adults who care for them. This session will focus on helping caregivers recognize how anxiety can show up in children, understand what may be underlying certain behaviors, and learn ways to respond with compassion. Our hope is that parents will leave feeling equipped to build emotional safety and support the development of healthy coping skills at home.
