CANDY GRAMS The fourth graders are once again selling candy grams to raise money for their spring field trip to Raleigh! Be on the lookout for a sales table February 2nd to 6th before school (7:30-8:00am) and during lunch. In addition, you can purchase individual ($1 each) or class-wide ($25) candy grams online anytime now through Feb. 11th! All candy grams will be delivered on the 13th. This fundraiser helps ensure every fourth grade scholar has the opportunity to attend their field trip. |
100th DAY OF SCHOOL All scholars are invited to join principal Legra in celebrating the 100th Day of School on Tuesday, February 10 by dressing up as a 100-year-old—or wearing a Shamrock spirit shirt! |
YEARBOOK ADS ON SALE SOON! Yearbook ads will be on sale February 2nd-27th. Pricing is as follows: $50: Half-page Congratulatory Ad for 5th graders only $25: Quarter-page Shout-Out Ad for any scholar In addition, 2025-’26 SGE yearbooks will go on sale March 2nd-31st. Unfortunately, the school is not able to provide free yearbooks for scholars or staff. However, the PTA has a Yearbook Fund that helps get extra yearbooks into the hands of those who cannot afford them. There are two ways families can contribute to the Yearbook Fund:
1. Yearbook ad sales! All ad money goes directly into the Yearbook Fund. 2. Gift a yearbook: When yearbooks go on sale, there will be an option to gift yearbook(s) to scholars in need (like last year). Please note that the PTA cannot guarantee that every scholar will get a yearbook even with the Yearbook Fund assistance. However, the PTA works directly with school leadership to distribute extra yearbooks as prudently as possible. |
